Frequently Asked Questions
Question - How often and what time a day will trade alerts be sent out? Answer - Between one and five SBX Trade Alerts will be sent out per week, depending on market conditions. Generally, you can expect to receive these alerts between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM CST. By default, they will be sent via text alert to the phone number that you provided when you subscribed. However, if this number is not suitable or if you choose to have your picks sent to a different number, simply click here and fill in the Contact Form accordingly. You can also use this Contact Form to request that we send your alerts via email instead of text. |
